In the previous paper, we reported that there were conciderable differences between the calculated and experimental values at the fine structure spectrum of the Cr3+ paramagnetic resonance in ruby crystal. In this paper, we want to explane these differences between general spin hamiltonian theory and the precise experiments. Then it is shown that experimental values agree well with the theoretical results calculated by the 3rd order perturbation theory and fine structure constant D depends on magnetic field
