Background The impact of intraoperative fluid management during cytoreductive surgery (CRS) and hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) on postoperative outcomes has been poorly investigated. This study aimed to investigate the impact of intraoperative fluid management strategy on postoperative outcomes and survival focusing on postoperative hemorrhage.
