Human Resource Management is efficiently utilising several individuals and effectively used optimally to achieve organisational goals. This research aims to know human resource management in improving employee performance in the University of Syiah Kuala staffing section. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis with data reduction techniques, data presentation, and conclusion.
