Organizational justice has the potential to create powerful benefits for organizations and employees alike, and one of the benefits is more helpful citizenship behavior. The objective of this research is to study the effects of both dimensionally and in overall: distributive justice, procedural justice, and justice interactional on teacher’s organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of SMA/SMK/MAN/MAS in Madiun city.
