Frequency stabilization of submillimeter wave gyrotron was achieved by reducing the temperature variation of cooling water. Correlation between variations of the frequency and the temperature of cooling water is confirmed by the experiment. Simple analysis using heat conduction method can explain the experimental results reasonably
