PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM TERHADAP LINGKUNGAN HIDUP AKIBAT LIMBAH KELAPA SAWIT KEGIATAN PABRIK PT. SUMBER ADINUSA LESTARI DI KABUPATEN LAMANDAU

This study aims to analyze environmental law, the form of law enforcement on environmental problems and the importance of law enforcement to create a healthy and safe environment for the surrounding community. The method used in writing this article is a normative juridical approach that focuses on information and data collected through library research. The results of the research can be said that currently environmental law is still weak in overcoming various environmental problems that occur, especially pollution caused by waste in Indonesia. For this reason, the importance of law enforcement must continue to be enforced in order to create a Safe and Healthy Environment. The existence of strong law enforcement can provide a deterrent effect on perpetrators of pollution and environmental damage as an effort to prosper the community for a better life
