Title: Effects of Height and added Load on kinematic drop vertical jump in Military Personnel. Goal: This research investigated how added load affects the kinematics of lower extremities during drop vertical jump from different heights in military personnel. Methods: The character of this thesis was theoretical and empirical. It was a randomized trial with a cross-over design. The research population consisted of 23 army students (21.8 ± 1.8 years, 182.1 ± 9.4 cm 82.3 ± 7.2 kg) of Faculty of Physical Education and Sport of Charles University who performed jumps and subsequent lunges (drop vertical jump) from a height of 50 and 75 cm without non-PNZ and with PNZ (21.45 kg) of load carry. Dartfish (10.0) was used for dynamic valgus analysis. ...
