Globalización y movilidad humana: mejora laboral

The article aims to study the causes of human mobility in today´s world, starting from leading cause, which is the search for the best job opportunities and increase their income abroad, as supported by the Neoclassic theory on migration. The questions to be answered are: What are the causes of migration? What have been its repercussions on the global society? The hypothesis formulated is regarding the general desire that the migrant has about improving the working conditions and the income. The study is based on the neoclassical theory on migration, where the main axis is that there are not only internal migrations, from rural to urban, but also from national to international, which have as their main cause job improvement and income increased. Subsequently, the topic is developed on migration, economy, and employment, where the causes of migration and what entails, such as how technological development in the receiving country and sending remittances to the country of origin. In the graph, there are six main reasons that experts consider the most common causes for migrations, highlighting job improvement. Then, subtopics about globalization and migration are developed, here is where both phenomena are linked, arguing that globalization has done a lot to increase migrations, since and with this, technology, social networks have been facilitated, relationships, and agreements between governments and the fact that people have to impulse to choose a region to migrate to, where to venture, always seeking their well-being.El artículo tiene como objetivo estudiar las causas de las movilidades humanas en el mundo actual, partiendo de la principal causa, la cual es la búsqueda de mejores oportunidades laborales e incrementar sus ingresos en el exterior, como lo sustenta la teoría neoclásica sobre las migraciones. Las preguntas establecidas en este trabajo a responder son: ¿Cuáles son las principales causas de las migraciones? ¿Cuáles han sido sus repercusiones en la sociedad global? La hipótesis formulada es respecto al deseo general que tiene el migrante de mejorar su condición laboral y sus ingresos. El estudio está basado en la teoría neoclásica sobre las migraciones, cuyo eje principal es que no solo hay migraciones internas, de lo rural a lo urbano, sino también de lo nacional a lo internacional, las cuales tienen como principal causa la mejora laboral y el acrecentamiento de sus ingresos. Posteriormente, se desarrolla la temática sobre la migración, economía y empleo en donde se profundiza las causas de las migraciones y lo que ellas conllevan, como el desarrollo tecnológico en el país receptor y envío de remesas al país de origen. En el gráfico realizado hay seis principales motivos que los expertos consideran como causas más comunes por las que ocurren las migraciones, destacándose el mejoramiento laboral. Luego se desarrolla el subtema de la globalización y migración, que es en donde se enlazan ambos fenómenos, sosteniendo que la globalización ha puesto mucho de su parte para incrementar las migraciones, ya que, con ello, se ha facilitado la tecnología, las redes sociales, relaciones y acuerdos entre gobiernos y el hecho que las personas tengan el impulso de elegir una región a donde migrar, a donde aventurarse, buscando siempre su bienestar social
