The Role of Posyandu Cadres in Preventing Stunting in Cangkring Malang Village, Beji District, Pasuruan Regency: Peran Kader Posyandu dalam Pencegahan Stunting di Desa Cangkring Malang Kecamatan Beji Kabupaten Pasuruan

The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, notes and use of primary and secondary data. By using the data analysis model from Miles and Huberman, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that Lawrance Green's theory in Notoadmodjo has three indicators that influence this research, Firstly Predisposing Factors, in this indicator there are several factors such as work and parental knowledge that cause stunting. Second, the Activating Factor, this factor is related to the available facilities, facilities and infrastructure which cannot be used optimally because they are damaged, such as body scales and height measuring instruments which are still under repair. Third, Reinforcing Factor, The main factor causing low public awareness and behavior is the lack of public understanding and attitudes regarding the importance of health
