The Management of Effectiveness of Kinara Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Improving Economic Welfare of the Community: Efektivitas Pengelolaan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Kinara dalam Meningkatkan Kesejahteraan Ekonomi Masyarakat

This research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of managing Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in improving community welfare. This research is research using a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of the research show that, firstly, the achievement of the goal here is through improving the economy of the community or BUMDes Kinara business actors which is stable every month but depends on the level of existing events. Second, integration includes socialization, where the BUMDes Kinara management does not yet have routine activities in socialization. Meanwhile, communication is carried out directly or via the BUMDes Kinara social media account. Third, the adaptation here with the BUMDes Kinara community has been greatly helped, but due to Covid-19 the level of visitors has decreased
