The Sumber Lestari Village-Owned Enterprise Strategy in Developing Sumber Dhuwur Tourism Object: Strategi BUMDES Sumber Lestari Dalam Mengembangkan Objek Wisata Sumber Dhuwur

The development of the tourism industry will be linked to socio-cultural, political and economic categories in order to improve community welfare. Tourism development is very influential in increasing the budget, regional and citizen income, creating jobs and supporting the process of citizens' economic activities. The aim of this research is to describe and analyze the BUMDES Sumber Lestari strategy in developing the Sumber Dhuwur tourist attraction.The type of research used was interviews with village officials, the chairman of BUMDES Sumber Lestari, as well as several local residents and visitors, observation and documentation. Furthermore, the data analysis model in this research uses qualitative descriptive techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research explain that BUMDES Sumber Lestari has implemented a strategy that focuses on developing supporting infrastructure and tourist attraction facilities optimally.
