This research aims to analyze the performance of village officials in village administration services in Glagaharum Village. This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Technical data analysis; data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. There are 5 indicators according to T. R. Mitchell: Work Quality, Communication, Timeliness, Ability, and Initiative. The results on the Quality of Work indicator show that village officials improve their performance by means of technical guidance. In Communication, people are still unable to apply online services. In Timeliness, the duration of the results of the submission....
