Management Village-Owned Enterprise Sedayu Prima Makmur in Kludan Village, Tanggulangin District, Sidoarjo Regency: Manajemen Badan Usaha Milik Desa (Bumdes) Sedayu Prima Makmur di Desa Kludan Kecamatan Tanggulangin Kabupaten Sidoarjo

This study aims to find out how the Management of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Sedayu Prima Makmur in Kludan Village. This research methodology uses qualitative research using a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews, and documentation as well as from online media and journals.  (1)  At BUMDes Sedayu Prima Makmur the goal setting indicators and indicator procedures have been implemented well. (2) The organization that took place in Bumdes Sedayu Prima Makmur Management experienced a lack of BUMDes management members. (3) In implementation The Management Movement for Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Sedayu Prima Makmur has been carried out optimally. (4) In terms of monitoring indicators, the absence of an annual work program report means that at this stage supervision has not been carried out optimally and village government participation in integrating what is happening can be said to be low. &nbsp
