This study aims to determine the relationship between social support and organizational commitment among members of Ikatan Mahasiswa Sidoarjo. The research method used is quantitative correlation. The research population consists of 443 students, and the sample size is determined using the Slovin formula with a 0.05 margin of error, resulting in a sample size of 210. The research instrument adopted measures from previous studies, with a reliability score of Cronbach's alpha 0.923 for social support and 0.904 for organizational commitment. Data analysis employs the non-parametric Spearman rank correlation test due to the non-normal distribution of the data.
