The Quality of Population Administration Services in the Bluru Kidul Village, Sidoarjo District, Sidoarjo Regency: Kualitas Pelayanan Administrasi Kependudukan di Desa Bluru Kidul Kecamatan Sidoarjo Kabupaten Sidoarjo

The quality of public services is a strategic issue to achieve efficiency in today's modern government.The government has an important role in providing services to the community as regulated in Law Number 25 of 2009,including services related to population management. The aim of this research is to analyze and describe the quality of population management services in Bluru Kidul Village, Sidoarjo District, Sidoarjo Regency.This type of research data has primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques are observation, interviews and recording. Meanwhile,the data analysis techniques used aredata reduction,data presentation, and data verification proposed by Miles and Huberman.The results of research on the quality of physical (tangible) aspects of administrative services show that the service space in Bluru Kidul village is classified as good
