Analysis of the Role of Hr Manager in Increasing Human Resources at Jasem General Hospital, Sidoarjo: Analisis Peran Manajer SDM dalam Meningkatkan Sumber Daya Manusia pada Rumah Sakit Umum Jasem Sidoarjo

Jasem Sidoarjo General Hospital is one of the leading hospitals in the Sidoarjo region, East Java. As provider of health services to the community, Jasem has a responsibility to provide high quality in and comprehensive services to patients. In the hospital context, human resource management is on crucial in achieving organizational strategic goals that affect the overall performance of sidoarjo in hospital. This research is to determine the role of HR managers in improving the performance and development of human resources at Jasem Sidoarjo General Hospital.The method used in this article research is descriptive qualitative method. The results obtained are that the planning process is not good, because planning is done based on the needs of each unit. Human resource planning is not in accordance with organizational needs and no job analysis planning is carried out before implementing health services.&nbsp
