Implementation of Law No. 6 of 2014 Regarding the Performance of Village Apparatus in Implementing Village Administrative: Implementasi Undang-Undang No.6 Tahun 2014 Tentang Kinerja Aparatur Desa Dalam Menjalankan Tertib Administrasi Desa

The purpose of this research is to find out how the implementation of Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning the performance of village officials in carrying out orderly village administration in Gempol Village, Gempol District, Pasuruan Regency, to find out what factors hinder and support the implementation of Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning the performance of village officials in carrying out orderly village administration in Gempol Village, Gempol District, Pasuruan Regency. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. With informants, namely the Head of Gempol Village, service officers and the Gempol Village Community. The data analysis technique in this research involves data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of village administration is less effective.&nbsp
