This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment, motivation and quality of human resources on employee performance at PT Indo Lautan Makmur. This research uses a quantitative approach as a research method. The population of this study consisted of 120 employees in the vacuum department of PT Indo Lauatan Makmur. This research uses a non-probability sampling technique with a purportive sampling method. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, obtained by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. statistical method used is SPSS. Based on the research results, it was found that the work environment, motivation and quality of human resources have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Indo Lautan Makmur
