Urinary tract infection is a disease that is currently known, in the Latin American region it affects the population in such a proportion and in pregnant women it is not the exception, it is characterized by the proliferation of bacteria in the urinary tract or urethra. Therefore, the objective of the research was to evaluate the prevalence, diagnosis and complications of urinary tract infection in pregnant women in Latin America.
