A) Volcano plot showing significantly changing sex-derived proteins in a cohort of wild-type mouse femurs. Overall, 1633 proteins were quantified with 2+ unique peptides. 136 proteins were upregulated in female mice and 147 proteins were down regulated. 4 proteins have q-100 and were omitted from the graph. B) Pathway analysis of significantly upregulated proteins in Female mouse femur shows diverse mechanisms being regulated by sex.</p
