IntroductionHematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) is an increasingly utilized therapy for malignant and non-malignant pediatric diseases. HSCT complications, including infection, organ dysfunction, and graft-versus-host-disease (GVHD) often require intensive care unit (ICU) therapies and are associated with mortality.
