Astrocytes, microglia, neurons, oligodendrocytes, neural progenitors and pluripotent cells were analysed for heterozygous Htt CAG knock-in HttQ20, HttQ50, HttQ92 and HttQ111 (Q20, Q50, Q92, Q111) in their transition from ESC to NPC.
