Transport scolaire et mutations territoriales : cas de La Rochelle

School transportation is transportation nearby that allows millions of studentseach year to go to school. Communities organize school transportationdepending on the characteristics of their territory. So there are a multitude oforganizations of school transport which discourages the public to become moreinvolved. Nevertheless, school transportation is a hot topic. The variousterritorial reforms have significantly impacted school transportation. Thepurpose of the TFE is how the actors can reorganize school transportation in acontext of territorial change (change of territory, change of authority, etc.). Theproblem is worked through the case study of La Rochelle, and more broadly ofthe Charente-Maritime. The reorganization of school transportation in thisparticular territory shows an example of the consequences of local laws on thistransportation and shows actions implemented by a delegated operator.Le transport scolaire est un transport de proximité qui permet à des millionsd’élèves chaque année d’aller à l’école. Les collectivités organisent les transportsscolaires en fonction des caractéristiques de leur territoire. Il y a donc unemultitude d’organisations du transport scolaire ce qui décourage le public de s’yintéresser davantage. Pourtant, le transport scolaire est un sujet d’actualité. Lesdifférentes réformes territoriales ont impacté considérablement le transportscolaire. Le but de ce TFE est de trouver comment les acteurs peuventréorganiser le transport scolaire dans un contexte de changement territorial(changement de territoire, changement d’autorité compétente, etc.). Laproblématique est travaillée à travers l’étude de cas de La Rochelle, et plusglobalement de la Charente-Maritime. La réorganisation du transport scolairesur ce territoire montre un exemple des conséquences des lois territoriales surce transport et les actions mises en place par un transporteur délégataire
