This study examined the development of the teaching factory program for fashion design and production program expertise at SMK Negeri 3 Cilegon to equip students with skills and competencies. To achieve this objective, the school ran a teaching factory for the Fashion Design and Production Implementation program for two consecutive months, starting in November to December 2021. It aimed to examine the effectiveness of the project implementation program for students as well as for the school.
