Learning can be done in a variety of ways, not just the traditional way. Due to the technology used, the media is accessed using only the Internet network, so users can access any device with an Internet network without consuming storage space on the device, WEB-based learning media related to the development of ICT-based learning media technology can be used as learning media for online and offline lectures
