Mise en groupe, psychose et porosité des enveloppes psychiques

In this article we propose to study the psychic processes of the therapist during the period of forming a group in the context of a psychoanalytic “support group” (groupe de parole) conducted in a service of ergo-sociotherapy with adult psychotic patients. The aim is to show that the initial stages of a therapeutic group have the effect of modifying the texture of the psychic envelopes of the clinician, which will tend towards greater porosity. After defining what we mean by the “porosity of psychic envelopes”, we will show how we envisage the psychic position of the therapist in the group situation ; we will then return to the first two sessions of the psychoanalytic “support group”. The results of our research allow us to go further in defining the psychic positioning of the therapist in the group situation, of his internal setting and of his so-called “meta” position.Nous proposons d’étudier les processus psychiques du thérapeute durant la période de mise en groupe dans le cadre d’un groupe psychanalytique de paroles mené dans un service d’ergo-sociothérapie avec des patients psychotiques adultes. Le but est de montrer que les premiers temps d’un groupe thérapeutique ont pour effet de modifier la texture des enveloppes psychiques du clinicien, qui vont tendre vers une plus grande porosité. Après avoir défini ce que nous entendons par « porosité des enveloppes psychiques », nous présenterons la façon dont nous envisageons la position psychique du thérapeute en situation de groupe, puis nous reviendrons sur les deux premières séances du groupe psychanalytique de paroles. Les résultats de notre recherche nous permettront d’aller plus loin dans la définition du positionnement psychique du thérapeute en situation de groupe, de son cadre interne et de sa position dite « méta »
