In the present work the J-integral approach has been adopted to evaluate the high-rate fracture resistance curve of toughened polypropylenes. High-rate J-testing has been performed according to the multispecimen technique, following different procedures such as ASTM 813-81, ASTM E813-89 and ESIS P1-92. The results of the resistance to crack initiation, JIC, obtained by means of these different standards, are compared and discussed
