BACKGROUND: Pelvic floor symptoms, such as lower urinary tract symptoms, defecation problems, sexual dysfunction, pelvic pain, and pelvic organ prolapse in females, are common and frequently co-occur. Despite negatively affecting quality of life, few patients seek help.
