Risk or benefit in screening for cardiovascular disease. Cardiac CT-scans (non-contrast) of approx. 14.000 participants for the analysis of coronary artery calcium to determine the cardiovascular risk. High risk participants are referred to their GP for medical treatment. Male and female participants, between 45 and 74 years of age (healthy volunteers). Survey data, Medical procedure and/or Intervention , Radiation/Imaging. Multi-center study by Center for Medical Imaging, UMCG Dept. of Public Health, Erasmus MC, Rotterdam
