This study was concerned with the differences in the extent of need satisfactions among eight job factors (self-expression, freedom, social evaluation, supervisor, associates, salary, work hours and over-all satisfaction) and the differenses in the importance attributed to eight job factors (fastors mentioned above, except for over-all satisfaction factor, and including interests). The extent of need satisfactions were rated on the five categories of responese, and evaluations of importance were obtained on the ranking order from 1 to 8.
