エステル加水分解反応の速さを比較的少量の反応液で測定できる反応装置を製作した。一定の時間間隔で反応溶液中の電気伝導率を想定し、その経時変化を式化して反応速度定数を算出する解折法を考案した。しかも、解折には従来になく非常に短時間の測定値で十分であることが分かった。Both apparatus and analytic method were devised to determine the rate constant of reaction for the hydrolysis of ester. The reaction, during which the electrical conductance was measured at regular intervals, may be carried out with the relatively small amounts of reactants. The rate constant may be obtained by fitting the observed data to the theoretic equation. It was proved that this method need much less time for measuring than the conventional one
