N.K.Krupskaya on Problems of Didactics

The outstanding Soviet educator N.K.Krupskaya, who was Lenin's wife and his good Comrade, left many valuable thoughts concerning various educational problems including basic proble msof didactics. She looked upon the all-round development of the rising generation as essentials of the socialistic education. This article has an aim to explain Krupskaya's opinions on some problems of didactics. In the first part of this paper the present writer discusses Krupskaya's ideas about the development of spontaneous and active abilities in pupils. The second part treats of combining instruction with productive labour in the polytechnical school. The last part is devoted to the problem of instructional contents and textbooks Krupskaya paid much attention to
