In this paper I research the structure, contradictions and the trend of the German capitalism under the Weimar Republic which paved the way for the Nazi regime. The problem of continuity and discontinuity of the above two connected regimes is the very center of my latest concern in studying of German modern history. Here, I discuss only the Brüning's deflation-policy among some problems in the last phase of the Republic. I intend to study other problems in the next article
