本論文は中枢性運動障害児の身体意識と空間認知能力の具体的な改善の方向を検討するため、知覚-運動アプローチによる取り組みの実践の経過をあげたものである。身体意識や空間認知の発達を促すためには、身体への働きかけをする際に、身体の筋緊張や呼吸など、生理的な体調を自ら整えるようにすることと、身体を動かす本人の主体的な意識が重要であろう。The purpose of this paper was an examination to improve the body image and the space cognition of three handicapped children with cerebral motor disturbance by perceptional-motor approach. In order to develop the body image and the space cognition, the following tow consiserations are important, (1) try to adjust the physical conditions, and so on relaxation of muscular rension, making of deep breathing, (2) subjective striving with conscious of own body
