思春期後期におけるPremenstrual syndromeとPerimenstrual syndromeの検討

In order to investigate the present state of premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and perimenstrual syndrome (PeriMS), a questionnaire survey was conducted with the students of Osaka Kyouiku university aged between 18 and 20 years old. In the result, incidence of PeriMS was higher than that of PMS and the major complaints were breast symptoms, psychiatric symptoms including irritated feeling, decreased mental concentration and depression, diarrhea, constipation and somnolence. In relation to menstrual cycle, breast symptoms and stomacheache as well as PMS and PeriMS occurred at high frequencies in irregular menstrual group. Explosion of emotion was seen at high frequencies in the subjects with regular menstruation. With regard to menorrhalgia, breast symptoms and edema occurred frequently in the subjects with the pain. As far as PeriMS was concerned, headache, diarrhea, and affective disorder occurred at high incidences.思春期後期におけるPMS(premenstrual syndrome)とPeriMS(perimenstrual syndrome)の現状を調査するため，18-20才の大阪教育大学生にアンケート調査を行った。その結果，PMSよりPeriMSの頻度が高く，主症状は，乳房症状といらいら，集中力低下，ゆううつなどの精神症状，下痢，便秘，眠気であった。月経周期との関連で，むしろ不順なもので，乳房症状，胃部痛が，PMS，PeriMSとも高頻度であった。感情の爆発は，月経周期の順調なもので頻度が高かった。月経痛との関連では，月経痛のある群で，乳房症状，むくみの頻度が高かった。PeriMSに限れば，頭痛，下痢及び感情障害の頻度が高かった
