本研究は男子大学院生3名を対象に,水分摂取が暑熱環境下運動時における身体にどのような影響を及ぼすかについて検討することを目的とした。その結果,水分摂取なし群に比べて,水分を摂取した3群の方が鼓膜温,主観的運動強度は低い値を示した。また,アミノ酸飲料群において,運動終了後の血中乳酸濃度は他の群に比べて最も低い値を示した。以上の結果から,暑熱環境下運動時における水分摂取が体温上昇の抑制や疲労軽減に有用であり,特にアミノ酸飲料の摂取が運動後における血中乳酸濃度の低下を促進する効果があると示唆された。The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of different drinks on physical activity in humid heat environment for male graduate students.
