平成21~22年度科学研究費補助金(若手研究(B))研究成果報告書ネズミマラリア原虫人工染色体を用い、薬剤耐性原虫より遺伝子ライブラリーを作製し、耐性遺伝子を同定する方法を確立した。また熱帯熱マラリア原虫人工染色体を作製し、遺伝子ライブラリー作製を試みた。To develop the system for the identification of drug resistance gene from parasite, we generate the high-coverage genomic library using the Plasmodium artificial chromosome (PAC) from drug resistance parasite. The targeted drug resistance gene could be identified by drug-screening from the PAC library which was made from the drug resistance parasite
