金属を原子化部に用いた原子吸光分析法は,環境試料や生体試料中の微量元素の定量法として魅力ある分析法の一つである.著者らは,タングステンやモリブデンチューブアトマイザーを用いて各種元素の原子化特性を検討し,微量元素の高感度な定量法の開発を行ってきた.本論文では,タングステン及びモリブデンチューブアトマイザーによる原子化特性を述べるとともに,スラリーサンブリング法への応用,金属線を利用した予備濃縮法への応用などについても概説する.We have developed a metal tube atomizer for the electrothermal atomization atomic absorption spectrometry (ETA-AAS).
