The history of techniques in Africa proconsularis is a «parente pauvre «, although many studies have dealt with the ancient African economy with its two main sectors: cereal and olive growing. During these studies, in view of the need to respect the work process, there were studies on the materials of transformation, mentioning the most famous types.
