Les rhamnolipides (RLs) et les fengycines (FGs), des composés sécrétés par des bactéries, ont des propriétés antifongiques contre les champignons phytopathogènes Sclerotinia sclerotiorum et Botrytis cinerea. Cependant, les effets biocides induits et les mécanismes impliqués sont peu étudiés chez les champignons. De par leur caractère amphiphile, un mode d’action membranotrope est proposé pour ces composés intéréssants pour le biocontrôle.
