The purpose of this scientific paper is to provide care assistance to schizophrenic clients who experience social isolation including assessment, data analysis, diagnosis, intervention, implementation and evaluation of agreements. Caring for involvement is carried out in the Sena room of the Regional Mental Hospital Dr. Arif Zainudin Surakarta for four days in November 2021. The approach method used is the contract process approach. The results of the assessment of the client experiencing social isolation. After implementing the attack using the execution strategy. The first implementation strategy is that the client is still embarrassed and does not understand the identification of the causes of social isolation. The implementation strategy for both clients still wants to be alone and does not want to interact with other people. Clients with social isolation problems need good therapeutic communication and motivational support in carrying out social interactions.
