Legal opinion of a Deputy’s bill to amend the Act – Family and Guardianship Code and some other Acts

The purpose of this opinion is to assess the proposed amendments to the Family and Guardianship Code and other statutes (the Civil Registry Records Acts and the Stamp Duty Act).
