NOWADAYS WE CAN observe very large social development and huge also changes on political scene. Comparing the electoral results from 1997 to 2002 with those from 2005 and 2006 we can notice many differences. They concern legislation, electoral platforms, programs of political parties, character of election campaign, electors and especially their preferences. If political parties want to achieve a success on a such competitive market they have to apply unconventional and not used before marketing tools and methods. One of them can be a suitably constructed and effective electoral list, which is an indispensable element of every election campaign.
