Celem pracy było poznanie bakterii zasiedlających orzechy laskowe odmiany Olbrzymi z Halle z objawami czarnej plamistości owocni oraz ciemnienia i rozmiękczenia jądra, a także sprawdzenie zdolności patogenicznych wytypowanych izolatów bakterii w stosunku do tych organów. Obiektem badań w latach 2000-2002 były orzechy z wymienionymi objawami pochodzące z plantacji produkcyjnych leszczyny w Motyczu i Końskowoli. W czerwcu i sierpniu każdego roku izolowano bakterie z chorych orzechów, spośród których wybrano 42 reprezentatywne izolaty. Testy fizjologiczne, biochemiczne i testy patogeniczności wykazały, że 3 izolaty Erwinia spp., 4 izolaty Bacillus spp. i 3 izolaty Pseudomonas fluorescens z grupy powodujących miękkie zgnilizny mogły uszkadzać z...
