More specifically, it continues the discussion on two Japanese particles, "ha" and "ga", and explores the possibility of the semantic descriptions of them. It attempts to reexamine the notions like "topic" and "subject." A proposal will be made that some, conventional characterizations of the particles in concern should be rejected
