Introduction: Work environment and engagement has great importance regarding organizational commitment. Now day\u27s nurses are stressed and burdened due to poor working environment and less engagement. The purpose of the study is to see the relationship between work environment engagement and organizational commitment among nurses.Material and Methods: This literature review study was conducted through different sources such as online database, Pubmed, MEDLINE and Google Scholar in the month of December 2016.
