Heat treatment of MARAGING steel obtained by selective laser melting

Tehnologije aditivne proizvodnje sve više se koriste za male serije proizvodnje, izradu specijalnih komponenti i prototipova. Omogućuju izravnu proizvodnju dijelova složenih geometrija i najčešće nije potrebna naknadna obrada. U ovom radu opisan je postupak aditivne proizvodnje selektivnim laserskim taljenjem (SLM), materijali koji se mogu obrađivati tim postupkom i primjene gotovih komponenti. Uzorci su izrađeni od MARAGING čelika SLM postupkom, ispitana je tvrdoća u isporučenom stanju, provedena je toplinska obrada te je ponovno ispitana tvrdoća toplinski obrađenih uzoraka. Na temelju dobivenih rezultata provedena je analiza i napisan zaključak.Additive manufacturing technologies are increasingly used for small series production, production of special components and prototypes. They enable direct production of parts with complex geometries and in most cases, post-processing is not required. This paper describes the process of additive manufacturing by selective laser melting (SLM), the materials that can be processed by SLM, and the applications of the finished components. Samples of MARAGING steel were made by SLM process, hardness was tested in the "as-built" state, heat treatment was carried out, and hardness of the heat-treated samples was tested again. Based on the obtained results, an analysis was carried out and a conclusion was written
