Goal of this thesis was to inspect women’s position in international business and factors that unequivocally and continuously impact further development of the status quo by performing a systematic literature review via bibliometric and content analysis. In pursuance of previous articles and reviews extraction, database of Web of Science was used. After thorough inspection of received articles and reviews, total of 103 publications were selected for bibliometric analysis and VOSviewer software warranted their visualisation. The result was creation of 5 clusters derived from authors’ key words co-occurrence.
