Swimming is a unlike sport that mix upper and lower extremity strength exercises with aerobic energy training in a weightless environment. There are four kind of strokes are officially know: freestyle, butterfly, backstroke, and breaststroke. The highly repetitive motion that occurs in the normal swimming stroke can predispose elite swimmers to musculoskeletal injuries of the upper limb, knee, and spine.
