This study focuses on the evolution of coastal socio-ecosystems in Brittany over the last 7 ka. It aims to provide new data on coastal morphosedimentarydynamics and archaeological remains. A multidisciplinary approach has been developed around three research axes. First, the chronology of the sand dune development was reconstructed on a regional scale from archaeological data. During the Holocene four main periods of eolian activity have been identified: 4,250-4,100, 3,250-2,400, 1,050-700, 350-110 cal BP.
